Jhunjhunu: In a tragic incident reported from Rajasthan, a man collapsed on the ground and died while he was happily dancing during a wedding event. The incident is reported from Lochva village in Navalgarh area of Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan. The entire incident was caught on camera and the video went viral on social media.
The victim is said to be the maternal uncle of the groom. The wedding celebration turned sour after the man collapsed while dancing and later died. According to victim’s family members, the deceased identified as Kamlesh suffered a heart attack. He worked at a gas agency in Navalgarh and distributed gas cylinders to households.
Kamlesh suffered heart attack while dancing
Indrajeet Dhaka, the brother of the deceased, said that it was the wedding of their nephew, Pankaj, which took place on April 21st, when Kamlesh suffered heart attack. After performing local customs, the victim Kamlesh Dhaka was dancing joyously during the ‘chak-pujan’ ritual when he suffered a heart attack and collapsed.
Kamlesh was immediately rushed to the district hospital, where he was declared dead by the doctors. His sudden demise led to gloomy situation during the wedding festivities. Kamlesh’s last rites were performed on the same day. After the incident, Pankaj’s wedding ceremony was conducted in a simple manner.
Kamlesh’s friends described him as a cheerful person who enjoyed dancing, singing, and laughter. Even on the day of the incident, the victim was enthusiastically dancing with a water-filled pot on his head. While Pankaj’s wedding celebrations brought happiness, Kamlesh’s untimely death brought an abrupt end to the wedding festivities.
