A conspiracy to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin has been claimed. The claim has been made by Russia itself. Russia says that Ukraine tried to attack the Kremlin with a drone. It was told that Putin’s office Kremlin in Moscow was targeted by drones. However, Putin was not present in the office when the attack took place.

Russia is considering this attack as a ‘planned terrorist act’. It is reported that two drones have been used in the attack. The Kremlin was quoted as saying that Russian security forces disabled both drones before they could crash into the dome.

Attack on the Kremlin before Victory Day

“The Kremlin views these actions as a planned terrorist act on the eve of the Victory Day (May 9) parade and an assassination attempt on the president,” Russian news agency RIA said.

Russia can retaliate

He said that Putin has not changed his program regarding Victory Day and is working as usual. “The Russian side reserves the right to retaliate where and when it deems appropriate,” the statement said.

Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has rejected the Russian allegations outright. He has said that he is not aware of the so-called attack on the Kremlin. Zelensky’s press secretary has issued a statement saying that Ukraine has ordered all its troops to remain in Ukrainian territories and not to attack others Is.

There are also reports in the Russian media that after this attack, Russian President Putin has gone to the bunker built at his house and now he will work from there.
