Shocking Allegations: YouTuber Elvish Yadav Accused of Coordinating Snake Venom Supply for Parties

New Delhi: Noida police, in a 1,200-page chargesheet filed in an Uttar Pradesh court, revealed startling details about YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s alleged involvement in procuring snake venom for rave parties. According to the chargesheet, Yadav used a virtual phone number to orchestrate the supply of venom and communicate instructions to snake charmers.

The document, which lists eight accused and includes statements from 24 witnesses, outlines the intricate process through which Yadav reportedly arranged for venom. Police disclosed that Yadav utilized a virtual number for added privacy and anonymity, making it challenging to trace the communications back to him.

When a party necessitated venom, Yadav purportedly contacted his associate Vinay through the virtual number. Vinay then relayed the instructions to Ishwar, who, in turn, coordinated with the snake charmers. These charmers would subsequently arrive at the party venue with their snakes, as detailed in the chargesheet. Investigators discovered Yadav’s virtual number in Vinay’s call records.

Yadav, along with Vinay and Ishwar, was apprehended for interrogation last month but has since been released on bail.

Furthermore, Noida police disclosed that venom extraction occurred at a banquet hall owned by Ishwar. Yadav allegedly maintained contact with snake charmers, some of whom are currently incarcerated. The chargesheet elaborates on the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, invoked against Yadav.

Senior police officer Vidya Sagar Mishra confirmed that the seized venom belonged to krait snakes, a venomous member of the cobra family. “We have filed a chargesheet against all named accused, supported by statements from an adequate number of witnesses, including an expert from Mumbai’s Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.”

Last November, five snake charmers were arrested from a Noida banquet hall, where nine snakes, including cobras, were seized. Approximately 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also recovered. The subsequent investigation led authorities to Elvish Yadav and others implicated in the case.
