Ranchi:On Tuesday, an official said that The Enforcement Directorate arrested Jharkhand minister Alamgir Alam's personal secretary Sanjiv Lal and the latter's domestic help Jahangir Alam after a recovery of over Rs 32 crore cash from them in Jharkhand.
