Bangalore: A week after the formation of the Congress government in Karnataka under the leadership of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, 24 MLAs were sworn in as ministers today. Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot administered the oath of office and secrecy to the ministers. Karnataka government can have 34 ministers. Ten ministers, including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, were sworn in on May 20.
